   method).
- mixes and dilutes water and detergents in the correct manner.
- are skilled in manual stain removal, that must be sometimes strong sometimes extremely gentle.
- remove hardened chewing gums from carpets with the utmost attention and care.
- in case of cigarette burns, scrape off the mark using the blade with extreme accuracy.
